Hi everyone! My name is Jamie Holmberg and I am so excited to be sharing this wellness lifestyle journey with you.
I began my journey a few years back when I started to notice some significant changes in my body. At this time, I considered myself healthy, active, and fit. I had no idea the actual damage I had been inflicting on my body for years, but I knew something obviously was not right.
I started struggling with extreme fatigue, hormonal imbalance, digestive issues, memory issues and chronic pain. None of which I had ever had problems with before. I began eating healthier, staying consistent with physical activity, and made sure I was getting plenty of rest, but something still was not right.
This was the point I realized I needed to wake up and educate myself on everything I was buying and consuming in every aspect of my life.
